2012 is here.
I rang in my new year with yt and a bunch of friends at a Chicago bar. Our night was filled with lots of drinking, eating, and dancing (perhaps a bit too much of all the above ... but sometimes it's necessary to indulge). New Years Day we slept in and (after a bit of recovery time) spent the afternoon playing some games (apples to apples & scattegories) and ordered in some pizza.
I think its safe to say that I've had just about enough time on the couch, sleeping in late, days and nights filled with eating & drinking, and overall rest, relaxation, and plain old laziness.
Time to get back to reality.
I hope however you welcomed 2012, it was wonderful.
A big thank you to all my readers for reading this little blog of mine, commenting, supporting, and most of all, befriending me.
Cheers to an awesome year ahead.
Oh really, Lara? You hope it was wonderful? I listened to my boyfriend vomit all night. Obviously whiskey and champagne aren't a winning combo. Oh and no dinner. Haha. I laughed...after I was pissed that I got woken up. BUT other than that, 2012 is off to a wonderful start :)
